Welcome to the original Utah Bride Blog where we have been inspiring local brides since 2009! The Utah Bride Blog is a great resource where creativity and ideas thrive, where you can find a fabulous production of details and inspiration, and weddings that focus on the unique style and personalities of local brides and grooms.
The last few years have brought much success and readership to Utah Bride Blog. The journey from its birth to now has been miraculous, amazing, advantageous, and rewarding. We, the owners of UBB, met through a local wedding affiliation and it was “best business partner” at first site! Instant click of friendship, creative mind, and entrepreneurship. Nearly every day brings discussion between us about what is going on in the wedding industry, what impact we might have, and how to share our knowledge with others. After both being involved with several national blogs the idea and need for something local often crept into our discussion. Hundreds of amazing weddings occur in Utah every year, events of art created by extremely talented professionals, all of which deserves recognition. And so the brainstorm feed became … The Utah Bride Blog!
Megan Bailey, the genius behind all things graphic and technical, first conceived this idea out what she felt was a serious local industry need. Megan owns Pink Piggy Design, a local custom invitation studio with a primary focus in wedding invitations. She is currently residing in the Riverton, UT area with her darling baby boy Beckham and husband Josh. Outside of the wedding industry Megan enjoys yoga, home made spicy salsa and yogurt…but not together, watching movies and hanging out with her family.
Audrey O’Brien has been working in the wedding industry as a florist for over 10 years now, and owns Studio Stems. She currently resides in Provo, UT with her husband Nate and three darling and busy children. When she is not working on UBB or Studio Stems you likely can find her at a wrestling tournament, swim meet, or watching her disabled daughter ski at Snowbird or play wheelchair tennis. In her own free time she loves to snowboard and read a good book.
Thanks for sharing in our love for all things artistic!
Love, Megan & Audrey
